Whaley of the county of Alachua State of Florida and
Caroline P. Joyner of Charleston South Carolina Witness
eth That the said Caroline P. Joyner is the daughter of
the said James E. Whaley to whom he is desirous in
consideration of Natural parental affections and other
considerations hereafter expressed of setting of granting
and conveying by deed as her separate estate for her sole use
behoof and benefit a certain portion of real estate hereinafter
described and which he is now in possession and occupancy
of Situate lying and being in said county and state and the
said Caroline P. Joyner is equally desirous in consider-
ation of natural filial affection and other considera-
tions hereafter expressed of releasing the real property
so possessed and occupied by her father from all claims
whatever by through or under her resulting from contingency
operation of law or descent deed or coverture in or to
the said real property in consideration of her said
fathers setting off a portion of said real estate to her sole
and separate use behoof and benefit forever in fee simple and
she further more agrees and hereby covenants for herself
and all others claiming or to claim by through or under
her to take the said portion of real property so set off
in full release of all and singular her claims
and rights and any present or future claim or right
whatever in her own right or in right of any other per-
son in and to any other parts or parcels of the herein
after described real property and she further more
agrees and hereby covenants that she will for herself
and all others claiming or to claim by through or under
her will and truly defend the title to and confirm the
peaceable possession and separate enjoyment of her
said father in and to the said real property forever
Now Therefore Know all men by these presents That
the said Caroline P. Joyner in consideration of the sum
of Five Dollars Lawful money in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and in con-
sideration of the foregoing exchange of rights
of property and of the filial affections of the said
Caroline P. Joyner for her said father James E.
Whaley hath granted bargained sold and conveyed
and doth by these presents grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said James E. Whaley
his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of
land known as the East half of section Twenty five (25)
Township Nine (9) S Range nineteen (19) E also the north
west corner of the northeast quarter of section Twenty six
(26) Township nine (9) S Range nineteen (19) E and also the
northwest quarter (NW1/4) of section Twenty six (26) Town-
