Florida Commercial Company To Eberle Baird
Deed
This indenture made the second day of August
in the year of our Lord One thousand Eighty hundred
and Eighty two. Between the Florida Commercial
Company of the first part and Eberle Baird
of Palatka Florida of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
and sixty Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to it paid by the
party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt where of is hereby acknowledged
has remised released and forever quit
claimed and by these presents does remise
release and forever quit claim unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever. The NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of sec
26 T S 10 S - Range 21 E in the County of
Alachua State of Florida.
Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belong-
-ing or in any wise appertaining and the revision
and revisions remainder and remainders rents issues
and proffits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest property possession claim and demand
what soever as well in Law as in equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel there of with
the appurtenances. To have and to hold all
and singular the above mentioned and described
premises together with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever.
In witness whereof the said Florida Commercial
Company has here unto caused its corporate
name & be signed and its corporates seal
affixed by its president on the day and year
above written.
