more particularly designated and described as
that portion of the south East quarter and the North half
of the South East quarter of section Twenty nine (29)
Township Nine T(9)S, South of Range Eighteen (18) East
bound by a line commencing at the NW Corner of SE1/4
of NE1/4 of said section sec 29 running thence south
(20) Chains to a stake thence west 20 chains to a stake
thence south 20 chains to a stake thence East Twenty five
chains to a stake, thence north forty chains to a stake
thence west five chains to a place of beginning
containing (60) Acres more or less.
To have and to hold the interest right title of the said
Flemon Meekin in the above described parcel of Land
together with the appurtenances there to belonging unto
him the said Samuel Johnson his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever and the said
Flemon Meekin further covenants and agrees with
the said Samuel Johnson that he is lawfully seized
in fee of and undivided half interest in the above
described parcel of Land, and that he his heirs
executors administrators and assigns do by these
presents forever quit claim and release all the right
and title there in unto the said Samuel Johnson
his heirs executors administrators and assigns
