   Solomon F. Halliday To W.M. Hinson
                  "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Solomon F. Halliday of
Alachua County   } the aforesaid county and State for and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred and Four dollars to him in hand paid by W.M. Hinson of the
county of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said W.M. Henson
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the 
county of Alachua in the State of Florida Particularly known and described as
follows to wit: The South West quarter of the North West quarter of Section
Ten in Township Eleven South of Range Twenty Two East containing by Estimation
40 acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper=
taining. To have and to hold the same unto him the said W.M. Henson
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and I the said Solomon F. Halliday do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said W.M. Henson that I am lawfully seized in fee of
the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto him the said W.M. Henson and to his heirs executors admin=
istrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of
any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my had and affixed
my seal on this 30th day of December AD 1882
