ing in said county of Alachua and state of Florida
To Have and To Hold the said tracts or parcels of
land and premises unto him the said James E.
Whaley his heirs and assigns and his and their own
use behoof and benefit forever in fee simple
and Furthermore Know all men by these presents
that the said James E. Whaley in consideration of
the sum of Five Dollars lawful money in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and in consideration of the foregoing exchange of
rights of property and of natural parental affect
tion of the said James E. Whaley for his said 
daughter Caroline P. Joyner hath granted bargain
ed sold and conveyed and doth by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Caroline P. Joyner her heirs and assigns all
that plot or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the county of Alachua and state of Florida
Being surveyed and set off to said grantee
as her separate property out of the before
mentioned and described lands the said separate
real property being the following parcel to wit
Beginning at a point on the eastern boundary
line of Section 25 township 9 S Range 19 E which
point is located 17 chains south of the N.E. corner
of said Section 25 and running thence west 25 chains
thence south 10 chains thence east 5 chains thence South
53 chains to southern boundary line of said Section
25 Thence east along said section line 20 chains
to the south east corner of said Section 25 Thence
North along the eastern boundary line of said Section
25 63 chains to the point of beginning containing one
hundred and thirty one acres more or less according
to a survey made this day by P. Henry Young
Esq To have and to Hold The premises tenements 
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said Caroline P. Joyner her heirs and
assigns to her and their own sold use behoof and
benefit forever in fee simple and the said grantor
covenants for himself his executors and administrators
well and truly to confirm the title and defend the
peaceable possession and separate enjoyment of his said daugh
ter her heirs and assigns in and to said real prop
erty against the claims of all persons claiming
