shall peaceable possess the above granted premises
with the appurtenances without molestation or distur-
-bance of the said parties of the first part, their heirs or ass-
-igns, or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or 
to claim the same. And the parties of the first part
for themselves and their heirs the above described
and hereby granted and released premises and every
part and parcel there of with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns against the said parties of the first part
and their heirs and against all and every person or persons
whom soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall

that Nancy Bartley to me well known as the wife of
John Bartley and as one of the persons described in
and who executed the fore going deed of Conveyance did
this day to me on a separate and private examination before
me taken and made separately and a part from her said
husband acknowledged and declared that she made her
self a party to and executed the same for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing renouncing granting and conveying all her
Estate and title also her right of dower and homestead in
and to the lands in said Conveyance described and granted
and that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension fear or compulsion
of or from her said husband.
