Alachua County   }  This day personally came before
Thos H. Fletcher a Justice of the peace in and for said
County personally came W.J. Waits and his wife Josephine
Thomas R. Waits and his wife Emma Hellen E. Townsend
and her husband Jno F. Townsend and J.M. Waits with
whom I am personally acquainted who severally acknow
ledged the execution of the foregoing deed and the said
Josephine Waits Wife of W.J. Waits Emma L. Wife of
Thos R. Waits and Helen E. Townsend wife of Jno F.
Townsend Separate and apart from their said hus
bands and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing
deed for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing
their right to dower in and to the said premises afore
said" of their own free will without fear or constraint
from their said husbands. Witness my hand and seal
this 26th day of December A.D. 1881.
