           "Deed"
This Indenture made the 26th day of December in the
year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
two. Between Mathew Hinson and his wife Mary Ann
Hinson of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part and Geo W. Hall of Essex
County and State of Massachusetts of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred ($100.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents, do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns for ever, all of that 
tract of land lying and being in the county of Alachua and
state of Florida described as follows
Beginning at the south East corner of the south East quarter
of the south East quarter of section twenty three (23)
Township ten (10) south of Range twenty two East Thence
North 3° west five chains and forty five links thence
south 86° 30; west twenty chains thence south 3° East
five chains and forty five links. Thence North 86° 30'
East twenty chains back to place of beginning. containing
ten (10) Acres and ninety hundredths of an Acre
more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there unto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainders and profits there of
and also all the Estate, title interest
possession claim and demand what so ever
