A. Goodson & Wife To Manuel Entenza
                    "Deed"
This Indenture made this 20th day of April in the year
of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty three
Between Alexander Goodson and wife Celia Goodson of
the county of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and Manuel Entenza of the same County and State of
the second part: Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aleined remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alein remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever
all those certain Lots lying and being in the county of
Alachua and State of Florida described as follows: Lots
Seven and Eight (7&8) in Block Four (4) Said Lots being
each Thirty seven and a half feet wide & Sixty Six
feet deep Fronting on Broad Street and Spark
man Street & said Lot Eight has also a frontage of
Sixty six feet on Seydel Street all in the town of
Waldo Fla Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property possession
claim and demand whatsoever in law and in Equity of
the said parties of the first part of in and to the above
granted premises and every part thereof with the appur
tenances to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever and the said Alexander Goodson
and his heirs the above described and hereby granted
and released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns against the said parties of the
first part and their heirs and against all and every person
and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and by these
presents forever defend In witness whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals
