and Celia Goodson his wife to me Known to be the
persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
and the said Celia Goodson the wife of the said Alexander Goodson
on an examination taken and made seperately and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge that she made herself a
party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and re
linquishing her dower or right of dower in and to the lands
tenements and hereditaments therein described and hereby gra
nted and released and that such relinquishment or renun
ciation of dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension or fear of from her
said husband. Witness my hand and seal the date aforesaid.

                      "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  This Indenture made the 31st day
of October A.D. 1882. Between Martha P. Perry of said State and
County of the first part and John R. Zetrouer of Alachua County
in the State of Florida of the second part witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Four hundred ($40000) Dollars to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained
Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of
land situated lying and being in the county of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly Known and described
as follows to wit: Forty (40) Acres in the North East cor
ner of the North East quarter of Section thirty three
(33) Township Ten (10) South of range Twenty One
(21) East containing Forty (40) Acres of Land together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining to have and to hold the same unto
him the said party of the second part and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee Simple and absolute And the said party
of the first part do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part that
She is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
