A.D. 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs. __ Wilson wife of Saml W.
Wilson one of the grantors in the foregoing deed and Mrs. ___ Lackey
Wife of Wm A. Lackey another of the grantors in said conveyance who
being duly questione and examined by me separate and apart
from their respective husbands say and acknowledge before me that
they and each of them did sign the said deed of conveyance for the
purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all their respective rights of
Dower in and to the lands in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by them
and each of them freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from their respective husbands
