James Murry to H.P. Langley
           "Deed"
State of Florida }  This Indenture made this 30th day of April in the
Alachua County   }  year one thousand eight hundred and eighty three
between James Murry of the first part and Horrace P. Langley of the
same State & County party of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
five dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid
by H.P. Langley party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of the presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said H.P. Langley party of the
Second part all of my right Title and interest in and to the land
south of the Street Being four Hundred (400) feet North and South
by Seven Hundred and Ninety seven (797) feet East & West contain seven
Acres more or less the same being in Sec (4) Township (10) Range (20)
South and East Together with the members rights Tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have and to Hold the said
land tenements and appurtenances in fee simple and the said
party of the first part binds himself his heirs executors administrators
and and each of them to warrant and forever defend The Title to the
premises aforesaid unto the Second party his executors administrators and
assigns against the claims of all persons whomsoever In Witness Whereof
the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and
seal the day and Year first above written

Alachua County  }  Before me personally came J.M. Deveneau who
being duly sworn says that he saw James Murray sign seal execute

Geo H. Rich signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto
