         Lewis W. Fennel to Samuel M. Suttiff

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this 28th day of April A.D. 1883
Between Lewis W. Fennel of Said State and County and his wife
Mary L. Fennel who Joins her husband in this conveyance for the
purpose of relinquishing her dower in the lands hereinafter described
parties of the first part and Samuel M. Suttiff of Bristol in the
County of __ State of Connecticut of the second part Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that
Certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in said State
and county and described as follows to wit The North West Quarter
of the North West Quarter of Section Fifteen Township Ten South
Range Twenty Two East being all that part of the land conveyed
by L.A. Crumpton and H.A.H. Crumpton (by deed dated
the Seventeenth day of July A.D. 1879 and recorded in the public
records of Alachua County in deed Book "L" at pages 58 & 59
Lying West of the Peninsular Rail Road in whatever part of
said Section Situated) to said L.W. Fennel To Have and to Hold
the above described land to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns together with the rights members and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining
and the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs
