Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and entered into
on this the 20th day of January A.D. 1883 Between James Bolin
Party of the first part and Nat Bolin party of the
Second part all of the State & County aforesaid for and
in consideration of one Hundred dollars the party of the
first part has given granted bargained sold and con
veyed and by these presents do so give grant bargain
sell and release unto Nat Bolin Party of the second part
the following lot or parcel of land To wit Commencing from
the S.W. Corner of lot two (2) of Levy Grant forty chains
East thence thence North thirteen (13) chains for the in
itial point thence North ten chains (10) to a stake thence
west twelve chains (12) to a stake thence south ten chains
(10) thence East twelve chains (12) to point of beginning and
containing twelve acres of land more or less To have and to
hold the same with all and singular the appurtenances
rights & title interest and claims free from all incumbrances
