Senior partner at the time of his decease and Whereas
upon a settlement between the said party of the first part
and the surviving members of the said firm after the
decease of the said George W. Riggs the said indebtedness pass
ed to and became the property of a certain new firm of
Riggs & Co Composed in part of the said surviving partners
and whereas the said Florida Land and Immigration Company
party of the Second part has paid and satisfied the said
indebtedness of the said D.L. Yulee unto the said new firm of
Riggs & Co whereupon the said D.L. Yulee is desirous of procuring
a release and conveyance of and from the said party of the
first part to the said Florida Land and Immigration Com
pany of the second part of such interest and title in and
to the said hereinafter conveyed property as was and is
vested in him the said party of the first part in and by
the said last Will and testament Now therefore This Indenture
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of one Doll
ar lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
remised released and forever quit claimed and conveyed
and by these presents doth remise release and forever
Quit Claim and convey unto the said party of the second
part and to its successors and assigns forever all those
certain lots Tracts or parcels of land situated lying and
being in the several Counties of Levy Alachua Marion and
Bradford in the State of of Florida and particularly
Known and designated on the public maps and records
of said State as follows to wit: In the County of Levy
in Township Twelve (12) South of Range Thirteen ((13))
East: the South East quarter and the East half of the
south West quarter of Section One (1) the West half of
the North East quarter the North West quarter the east
half of the South West quarter and the South East quarter
of section Eleven (11) the whole of section thirteen (13)
the East half of the North East quarter the west half
of the North West quarter the East half of the South
East quarter and the west half of the South west
quarter of Section Twenty five (25) and the North West
quarter of the south west quarter of section Twenty
Seven (27) And in Township Thirteen (13) South of Range
Eighteen (18) East, the North west quarter of the North
East quarter the South half of the North East quarter
the North west quarter and the south half of Section
Three (3) the North East quarter the North East quarter
of the North west quarter the South half of the North
west quarter and the south half of Section Eleven
(11) the whole of Section thirteen (13) the whole of Section
