Donald Mc Rae To Caleb Thigpin

This Indenture made the first day of December Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and seventy seven between Donald
McRae of the City of Wilmington County of New hanover
and State of North Carolina party of the first Part and
Caleb L. Thigpin of the county of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aleined bargained sold transferred and
do by these presents give grant alein bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel
of Land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and Known and described on the
Public Maps of said State as South west quarter of the
South East quarter of Section Twenty seven Township
Eight South Range Twenty one East S.W. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 Sec 27
T. 8 South R 21 East Containing Forty (40) Acres more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said party of the first part and his
heirs and assigns as his absolute property in fee simple
forever And the said Donald McRae for himself
his heirs and assigns does covenant and agree that
he is lawfully seized of the above described premises
by deed from the Florida Rail Road Company bearing
date 12th June A.D. 1867 and that he has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all Encumbrances and
liens of any Kind every nature and description created by
himself and that the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy
the above described premises against all persons what
soever lawfully claiming by through or under him
the said party of the first part In testimony whereof
the said of the first part has hereunto affixed
their hand and seal this the day and Year above
