            Elizabeth A. Thigpen To Caleb Thigpen
                             "Deed"
This Indenture made this sixteenth day of July in the Year
one thousand eight hundred and eighty one between Elizabeth
A. Thigpen of the county of Alachua and State of Florida
Widow of the first part and Caleb L. Thigpen of the county
of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part in Consideration of
the sum of Fifty dollars to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alein remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever the
following described lands to wit: The north west quar
ter of the north East quarter of Section thirty four
in Township Eight south of Range twenty One
East Containing Forty three Acres more or less and ly-
ing and being in the county of Alachua and State of
Florida Together with all and singular the tenemen
ts hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remain
ders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate
right title interest claim and demand whatsoever
in law and in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the above granted premises and
every part thereof with the appurtenances To have
and to hold the above mentioned and described
premises with the appurtenances to the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever and the said against the said party
of the first part and their heirs and against
all and every person and persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same on my
