                "Deed"
This Indenture made the Eighth day of March in
the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eighty three between the Florida Southern Rail
way Company of the first part and J.S. Jolly of Haw
thorn Florida of the second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of one Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to it paid by the party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised re
leased and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does
remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said party
