reversion and reversions remainder and remainders, rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party of the first

Know All men by these presents that for the Cons
ideration hereinbefore expressed the New England
Trust Company, trustees under a certain mortgage
given by the Florida Southern Railway Company
does hereby forever release and discharge the above
described land from the effect and operation of
said trust mortgage, and releases and discharges
all lein or right to lein upon said land by reas-
on of said Mortgage In witness whereof the New
England Trust Company has hereunto caused its cor
