Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we N.D. Phillips and K.J. Phillips his wife of the afore
said County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of One Hundred and fifty ($15000) dollars
to them in hand paid by Mrs. E.J. Marchmont as
Trustee of and for Frank Henry a minor
of the county of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have gra
nted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
her the said Mrs. E.J. Marchmont as Trustee as
aforesaid all that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the state of Florida par
ticularly Known and described as follows to wit That
part or portion of the south west quarter of the
north East quarter of Section thirty two (32) in
Township Nine (9) South of Range (20) Twenty East
particularly described as follows to wit: Commencing
at the north West corner of the said Forty Acres
tract or lot and running East along the North
ern border thereof six hundred and sixty (660)
feet: thence south Three hundred and thirty
(330) feet thence west six Hundred and sixty
feet thence North three Hundred and thirty (330)
feet to the point of beginning Containing (5)
five Acres of land more or less - Saving and
excepting (15) fifteen feet off of the south and
East side of the said Lot expressly reserved
herein for public street the same to be controll
ed by the said Mrs. E.J. Marchmont and to be
sold mortgaged exchanged or otherwise dispose
ed of by the said Trustee as she may deem
proper and advisable without the order or interVen
tion of any County or Judge the Title made by
her to any purchaser therefor to be as good and
valid as though sanctioned by the order or Decree
of a Court of equity Containing by estimation Five
Acres of land more or less Together with all and sing
ular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto her the said
Mrs. E.J. Marchmont as Trustee and to her success
ors and assigns in fee simple absolute and we
