of Florida who are fully empowered by my letter
of Attorney heretofore made and duly recorded in
the public records of Alachua County Florida for
me and in my name place and stead to execute
this deed of Conveyance for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars to
said Attorneys in fact in hand paid for me
and for my use by the Corporation of the State
of Florida the Florida Southern Railway Company
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have grant
ed bargained sold aleined and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Florida Southern Railway Company
all of the following described parcels of land lying
North of and adjacent to the Town of Gainesville in
Alachua County in the State of Florida and particul
arly described according to a map or platt of the
South half of Section Thirty two (32) in Township
Nine (9) South of Range Twenty (20) East made
by W.C. Miller Civil Engineer and which is recorded
at page 293 of Deed Book "K" of the Public
records of Alachua County Florida as being the
South East quarter of Lot No Twenty (20) and
the whole of Lot No Nineteen (19) Excepting a block
of land lying in the South East corner of said Lot
No Nineteen (19) which was heretofore sold to one
Romeo Brisbane measuring Two hundred and
ten (210) feet from North to South by two hun
dred and eighty five (285) feet from East to
west = Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining To have
and to hold the above described premises to the
said Corporation the Florida Southern Railway
Company and to its successors and assigns in
fee simple absolutely forever In Testimony whe
reof I have hereunto by my said Attorneys in fact
affixed and set my hand and seal this 20th
day of April A.D. 1883.
