Charles K. Dutton and wife and their heirs the above described and
hereby granted and released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns against the said party of the first part and their heirs
and against all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend. In Testimony Whereof the said parties of the first

relinquishing my right of Dower in and to the lands therein described
and granted and that I did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my
said husband the said Charles K. Dutton. In Witness whereof
