in hand paid by W.H. Robertson of the County of Al-
achua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said W.H. Robertson
all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit: Commencing at the
south West corner of Block 4 Range 1 thence
running East to the Transit RR Company's railroad
thence along said line of railroad to Voyles branch
thence up said branch to a point opposite the
eastern line of Government Street thence South
along said street to place of beginning and fully
described in a map of Voyles survey of an eastern
addition to the town of Gainesville This deed is
made for the purpose of correcting and explaining
a deed given by and to the same parties on the 30th
of April 1877 and recorded May 21st 1877 in Deed Book
"J" page 471, Containing by estimation ___ Acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have
and to hold the same unto him the said W.H. Robert
son and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said
James Doig and Francis W. Doig do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said W.H. Robertson that
they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that
they will and their heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto him the said W.H. Robertson and to his heirs ex
ecutors administrators and assigns against the law
ful claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
