This Indenture made and entered into on this 10th day
of March A.D. 1883, by and between Emma Ross as
Guardian of & for Sarah Emma Louisa Richard
& Douglass Minor Children of Annie Marintha
Jackson deceased of the first part and John
E. Lambeth of Alachua County Florida party of
the second part witnesseth that whereas Hon J.C.
Gardner Judge of Probate of & for Alachua County
Florida hath this day upon the application of
said guardian granted an order for the sale of the
property hereinafter described at private sale
Now therefore Know all men by these presents
that I the said Emma Ross as guardian as afore
said under and by virtue of the power and author
ity given me by the said Court hath for and in
consideration of the sum of Forty five Dollars
to me in hand paid by John E. Lambeth bargain
ed sold and conveyed and do by these presents
sell convey and confirm unto the said John E.
Lambeth and to his heirs and assigns all that
Certain lot piece or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua State of Florid
a and Known and described as follows to wit: In
section four (4) Township (10) Ten Range (20)
Twenty East and more particularly described as
follows to wit: Said Lot situated on the east
