E. Lambeth all of my right title interest and claim at
law or in equity of in or to that certain piece parcel
or tract of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the state of Florida particularly des
cribed as follows to wit In Section (4) four Town-
ship (10) Ten, Range (20) Twenty East and more par
ticularly described as follows to wit: Said lot situ
ated on the East of the Florida Rail Road and North
of the M.E. Grave yard commencing at a stake on the
Section line between Sections 3 and 4 running North
on the section line two hundred and thirty feet to a stake:
thence South two hundred and ten feet to a stake:
thence East Six Hundred and thirty feet to a stake or
point of beginning = together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and
to hold the same unto him the said John E. Lambeth
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 10th day of Mar-
ch A.D. 1883.
