Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three Between Robert L. Robb and Sarah L.
Robb his wife of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part and The East Gainesville
Florida Improvement Company of Gainesville Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Thirty one Thousand two hundred and fifty
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
wledged have granted bargained sold aliened rem
ised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and their successors heirs and assigns forever
all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in
the county of Alachua and State of Florida describ
ed as follows Section three (3) Township Ten (10)
Range Twenty (20) containing Six hundred and forty
(640) Acres of land be the same more or less Excepting
the NW 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 of NW 1/4 containing Ten (10) acres
and the W 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 of the NW 1/4
containing five (5) Acres which said two lots aggre
gating fifteen (15) Acres are reserved to the parties
of the first and no interest therein is intended to
be conveyed to the party of the second part the land
herein described is sold and conveyed subject to
a Mortgage lein in favor of Charles W. Brush and
Julia A. Van Ness for the sum of Five thousand and
fifty four 47/100 Dollars ($5054 47/100) dated the
19th day of February A.D. 1883, Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing and the reversions and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property possession
claim and demand whatsoever in law and in equity
of the said parties of the first part of, in and to
the above granted premises and every part thereof
with the appurtenances To have and to hold the above
mentioned and described premises with the appur
tenances to the said party of the second part and
their assigns forever and the said Robert L. Robb
and Sarah L. Robb and his heirs the above describ
ed and hereby granted and released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part their assigns
against the said parties of the first part and their
