and quit claimed and by these presents doth bargain sell convey &
quit claim unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever all & singular the following pieces or parcels of land
described as follows to wit Beginning at a point 30 feet South of
and from the center of the Florida Transit Rail Road Track
which point is located 25 feet West of and from the Florida
Southern Rail Road track and running thence South 34 degrees
West nine chains and Sixty Eight links to a Stake Thence North
Seventy Eighty degrees East nine chains and fifty links thence North
Six chains and Eighty links to a point 30 feet South of and
from the center of Transit Rail Road Track Thence in a Westerly
direction along a line parallel to and Thirty (30) feet from the 
center of said Transit Rail Road Track to the point of beginning
containing by Estimation Four & 8/100 acres more or less Also Beginning at
a point which is located Twenty feet North of and from the center
of Florida Southern Rail way track which point is situated Six (6)
chains & 10 links westerly from where the said Rail way tract
crosses the run of Sweet water branch and running thence in a
westerly direction along the line parallel to and 20 feet from the
center of said Railway tract 19 chains & 90 links to a Stake
thence 42 degrees East 16 chains to the Edge of the public
Road leading from Gainesville to Micanopy thence South 23 1/2
degrees East 14 chains & 92 links to the point of beginning containing
by estimation Twelve (12) acres of land more or less all in Section
9 Township 10 Range 20 East Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. In Witness Whereof the
