wife of Chas A. Colclough one of the grantors in the foregoing deed of
conveyance who upon being duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
in my presence that she made herself a party to the said deed for
the purpose of conveying to the grantee therein named all her right
of separate property in the lands in said deed described and conveyed
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I E.C.
Alachua County   } Bailey and M.J. Bailey my wife of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
Dollars to us in hand paid by George Jones of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
George Jones all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit. The
North East quarter of the North East quarter of the North West quarter
of Section Twenty nine (29) Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20)
East containing by estimation Ten acres of land more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
