               B.S. Foster To Lucy Gamble
                           "Deed"
 State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that B.S. Foster
Alachua County    } of the State & County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of (125) One hundred & Twenty five dollars paid by Mrs Lucy
Gamble wife of Lynus Gamble of said State & County have granted
bargained and sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell & alien & convey unto her the said Mrs Lucy Gamble all of that
certain tract piece or parcel of land situated lying & being the Fractional
Lot Ropers addition to the Town of Gainesville Bounded on the West
by Lot nine (9) Block five (5) Range Two (2) East by Branch North
by Middle Street two hundred (200) feet containing Three quarters 3/4
acre more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining To have and To hold the same unto her the said
Mrs Lucy Gamble and to her heirs executors administrators and 
assigns in fee simple absolute & forever. In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed hereto my seal on this 18th day
of December AD 1882
