Henry J. Riles and Wife To Henry K. Hanson
                       "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this Thirtieth day of December AD
Alachua County   } 1882 between Henry J. Riles of said State and County
and his wife Mary A. Riles who Joins her husband in this conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the lands hereinafter
described parties of the first part and Henry K. Hanson of Opalika
in the County of Lee State of Alabama of the second part
Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua &
State of Florida and described as follows to wit: All that part of the
South West (1/4) Quarter of the South West Quarter (1/4) of Section (10)
Ten Township (10) Ten South Range (22) Twenty Two East lying
and being in the South West Corner of said forty acre tract
and described as follows beginning at the South West corner of
said Section thence on the Westerly line of said Section North
four hundred and Seventeen and (42) forty two hundredths feet
(417 42/100) Thence East Two hundred and Eight and Seventy one
hundredths (208 71/100) Thence South four hundred and Seventeen
and forty two hundredths feet (417 42/100) thence West Two hundred
and Eight and Seventy one hundredths feet (208 71/100) to point
of beginning meaning hereby to convey two acres in a
rectangular shape two acres in length and one acre in
width and the length of said tract being North South
and bounded West by the Westerly Section line of said Section and
being a part of land purchased by me from A. Monroe about four
year Since - To have and To Hold the above described land to the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns together
with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto being
belonging or in any manner appertaining - And the said parties
of the first part for themselves their heirs executors administra=
tors and assigns the title to the above bargained sold and
conveyed premises will forever warrant and defend against all
legal claims and demands. In Testimony Whereof we have hereunto
