                        "Deed"
State of Florida } This conveyance made the 25th day of November
County Alachua   } AD 1882 between George H. Ambrose of the County
of Alachua State of Florida of the first part and George Minnich
of the same place of the second part Witnesseth That the said
George H. Ambrose for and in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath renounced released and forever-
quit claimed unto the said George Minnich his heirs and assigns
all the following described real Estate situated in the Town of Waldo
county of Alachua State of Florida to wit: From the point where
the line of Sections Fourteen (14) and Twenty Three (23) crosses the
center of the Transit Rail Road Track Eight (8) chains and 
fifty nine (59) links to the place of beginning Thence North
(N) Sixty Degrees West (N 60° W) Seven chains and Twelve (12)
links to a Stake Thence North Thirty Four Degrees and Ten
minutes E (N 34° 10' E) Seven (7) chains and ten links to a Stake
Thence South Sixty one Degrees East (S 61° E) Six chains and Sixty
Eight (68) links to the center of said Transit Rail Road Track
Thence Southward along said Track Seven (7) chains and forty five
(45) links to place of beginning said premises containing five (5)
acres more or less and all being in the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of
section Fourteen (14) Township 8 S) Range 21 East. To have and
to hold the said bargained premises unto the said George
Minnich his heirs and assigns so that neither the said George
