George Minnich To Martha A. Minnich
                                "Deed"
State of Florida  } This conveyance made this 29th day of November AD 1882
County of Alachua } between George Minnich of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the first part and Martha A. Minnich of
the same place of the second part witnesseth that
the said George Minnich for and in consideration 
of the sum of seventy five dollars to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
remised released and forever Quit claimed unto the
said Martha A. Minnich her heirs and assigns all the
following described real estate situated in the Town
of Waldo County of Alachua State of Florida to wit:
From the point where the line of sections fourteen (14) and
Twenty Three (23) crosses the center of the Transit Rail Road
track Eight (8) chains and fifty nine (59) links to the place of
beginning. Thence North sixty degrees west (N 60° W) seven
(7) chains and twelve (12) links to a stake. Thence North thirty
four (34) degrees ten (10) minutes East ( 34° 10' ) Six (6) poles and
nine (9) links to a stake. Thence South Sixty degrees East
( 60° E) Seven (7) chains to a point in center of Transit
Rail Road track. Thence along said center of Rail
Road tract to the place of beginning containing one acre
and and twenty (23) sqr Poles ( 1A 0R 23P) more or less
and all being in the South East 1/4 of the South East
Quarter of section fourteen (14) Township Eight (8) South
Range Twenty one (21) East. To have and to hold the said
bargained premises unto the said Martha A. Minnich
her heirs and assigns so that the said George Minnich
his heirs executors and any and all persons claiming
under him shall be excluded and forever barred
In witness whereof the said George Minnich hath here-

County of Alachua } I Martha A.B. Minnich wife of
George Minnich grantor of the within described premises
freely and voluntarily without constraint from him or
any other persons do hereby release relinquish and forever
quit claim all my right title to and interest in the
said premises also my right to dower either in law or
equity to the within described property.
