To Have and to Hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights and privileges
immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs as their absolute property
in fee Simple forever And the said Florida Land and
Immigration Company do Covenant and agree that
they are Seized of a good and indefeasible fee Simple
to the above premises and that they have good right
to Convey the same as they have Conveyed the Same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description; And
that the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming the same. And that they will at any
and at all times make such further Covenants Conveyan-
ces and assurances at the expense of the said party
of the second part as he the said party of the second
part his heirs or assigns or Counsel learned in the law may
require. In Testimony Whereof the said party of the first
part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this
