      John S. Livingston To James Furgerson
                      "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I John S.
County of Marion } Livingston of the County and State aforesaid for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand
paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do sell and release unto James
Furgerson of the State aforesaid in good faith all of the 
following described lot or parcel of land lying and being in the
county of Alachua of which the aforesaid Furgerson is a Citizen
That is to say a lot in the Eastern part of the village of Micanopy
bounded on the North by the lands of the aforesaid Livingston now
occupied by Wm McLlvan*** with a Street between these lots east and
west and on the East by the land of Thomas McCradie on the
South by the land of F.L. Freyer on the West by the land or lot
known as the Hunter lot now owned by J.H. Stokes the aforesaid
lot now being conveyed contains about one and one fourth of an
acre in Section (26) twenty six Township (11) eleven Range (20) East
The aforesaid James Furgerson is to have and to hold all and
singular the said premises together with all the rights tenements
& interest to the same belonging or in any otherwise appertaining to
to him and to his heirs and assigns to their own sole proper use
behoof and benefit in fee simple forever. In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the Eighth day of
June in the year of one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
AD.

And I Hattie Livingston wife of the said John Livingston
whose name appears signed to the foregoing deed for and in
consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby release and assign
to the said James Furgerson and his heirs and assigns all my
right Interest claim and Estate or right of dower in or to the
above granted premises under the homestead laws or any other
Statutory provision Thereof

County of Putnam } I the undersigned a Justice of the Peace in and
for said county do hereby certify that John S. Livingston who is
personally known to me as the same persons whose name is
subscribed to the annexed deed appeared before me this day in
person and acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered
the said instrument of writing as his free and voluntary act for
