Four Thousand dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened rem-
ised released conveyed and confirmed and by these pres-
ents do grant bargain sell alien remise convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel
of land situated in Alachua County Florida and lying
and being in what is known as Lot No One of the
"Moses E. Levy Grant" and more particularly described as
follows: - Beginning at a stake on the South Edge of
Paynes Prairie on the line dividing Lots Nos 1 & 2 of the said
"Moses E. Levy Grant" and running North 82° W (along the
edge of said Paynes Prairie) (31.00) thirty one chains to a
stake thence S. 5° W 12.90 1/3 chains to a stake thence S 82° E
31.00 (thirty one) chains to a stake on Line dividing
Lots 1 & 2 above mentioned thence N 5° E (along said
line) 12.90 1/3 chains to point of beginning containing in
all Forty acres more or less - begin the same land conveyed
by M.B. Harrison and James H. Harrison Exs to the said
above named W.R. Mills dated 29th day of March 1879 and
recorded in Book "K" of the Records of Alachua
County Florida at pages 908 and 909.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the said parties of the first part of in and to the same and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns to her own
proper use benefit and behoof forever
And the said parties of the first part for themselves their
heirs executors and administrators do covenant grant
and agreeing agree to and with the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns that the said parties of the
first part at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents are lawfully seized in fee simple title of a good
absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in
fee simple of and in all and singular the above
granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances and have good right full power and
lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey
