Alachua County   } On this day personally appeared
before me W.R. Mills and Fannie M. Mills to me well
known as the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance and acknowledged
that they executed the same for the purposes therein ex-
pressed: whereupon it is prayed that the same may
be recorded
In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand

    James Fennell Sr and wife To Alexander Goodson
                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that James Fennell
Putnam County    } Sr & his wife Adelphia A. Fennell of the aforesaid
County and State of and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
& forty dollars to them in hand paid by Alexander Goodson of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
they do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said Alexander Goodson all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in the
state of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit
Lying in the Town of Melrose The West half of Lot number Twenty
seven (27) described on the map of the Town of Melrose follows
Bounded on the South by Bellamy Avenue fifty feet on the west by
Lot Twenty Eight fifty feet on the North by lot Twenty Six fifty
feet and on the East by the East half of lot Twenty Seven (27) fifty
feet said Lot herein conveyed being exactly fifty feet in the square
containing by estimation 2500 square feet of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold
the same unto him the said Alexander Goodson and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and
we the said James Fennell Sr & Adelphia A. Fennell do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Alexander Goodson that we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Alexander Goodson and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
