before me personally appeared Mrs Adelphia A. Fennell wife of
James Fennell Jr the grantor in the foregoing conveyance and
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and 
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in
and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband

      Sarah R. Barnes and L.A. Barnes to The "Washington Orange Grove Company"
                               "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Sarah R. Barnes
Alachua County   } and Louis A. Barnes her husband of the City of
Gainesville in the aforesaid State and County for and in consideration
of the sum Two Hundred and fifty dollars to us already cash in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the further sum of Seven
thousand two hundred and fifty dollars secured to us to be paid in future by
the corporation the "Washington Orange Grove Company" a corporation duly
incorporated and doing business under the above corporate name in the
