     Charles M. DaCosta to Jacob M. DaCosta
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made the Fifteenth day of November in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Between Charles M. DaCosta of the
City County and State of New York Counsellor at Law party of the first
part and Jacob M. DaCosta of the City of Philadelphia State of
Pennsylvania physician party of the second part: Witnesseth, That the Said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar lawful
money of the United States of America to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
all the right title and interest of the said party of the first part of in
and to all lands situate lying and being in the State of Florida which
have descended to him as one of the heirs at law of his Mother Ramah
M. DaCosta late of the City of Brooklyn State of New York deceased
and of his Sister Rebecca M. DaCosta late of the same place deceased
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof And also all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
party of the first part of in or to the above described premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to hold all
and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs
or assigns forever. In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part
