have granted bargained and sold and do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said William J. Waits and his heirs and assigns for
ever the following described Lands to wit The West half
of the south East quarter and the south East quarter
of the south west quarter of section fourteen in
Township Eleven South of Range Twenty Two East
containing One hundred & twenty 29/100 acres and lying
and being in the County of Alachua in said State of 
Florida  To Have and to hold unto the said William J. 
Waits and his heirs and assigns forever  In Testim

This Indenture made the 28 day of February in the
year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and
Eighty two Between Mary E. Hunt of the first part
and Geo Eddington of the second part witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Thousand and fifty
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to her in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
she granted bargained sold aliened remised rel
eased conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
does grant bargain sell alien remise convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all of
the North West Quarter of the North West quar
