"Deed"
This Indenture made this thirtieth day of Novem
ber AD 1883, between James M. Hawthorn and his
wife Sarah P. Hawthorn of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part
and William A. Grove of the County of Bedford
and State of Pensylvania party of the second
part witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of one
Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to them in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold and transfered and by
these presents do bargain sell and transfer
unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever that certain parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua
