ed before me V.A. Branning and D.L. Branning to me
well known as the persons described in and who 
executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and ack
nowledged that they executed the same for the
purposes therein expressed whereupon it is prayed
the same may be recorded.  In witness whereof I have
hereunto affixed my hand and seal this twenty first

County of Alachua } This Indenture made and enter
ed into this the 30th day of November AD One Thous
and Eight Hundred and Eighty three(188 )  Between
George R. Hotchkiss of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Henry Floyd
of County and State aforesaid party of the second
part witnesseth that the said partys of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted sold and
conveyed unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns the following described tract
or parcel of land lying being and situate in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit  The
South West quarter SW1/4 of the North East quarter
NE1/4 of section Eleven (Sec 11) Township Eight
(T.8.) Range Twenty one East (R21E) containing
forty Forty acres more or less, this Deed is
given in place of Deed given said Floyd July
22nd 1882 and recorded July 31st 1882 in Deed Book
N pages 615 and 616 for the reason that a cler
ical Error occurs in said Deed whereby the
South East quarter of the North East quarter
Lands the grantor not owning is deeded in
place of South west of North East quarter
the deed of July 22nd 1882 is hereby null and void
To Have and to hold the premises hereby convey
