Isaac Sanders  To  Josiah T. Walls
                    "Quit Claim Deed"

State of Rhode Island} Whereas Josiah T. Walls and
Ellen H. Walls his wife of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida did on the First day of
April AD 1877 make execute and deliver to me the
undersigned Isaac Saunderson of the City of 
Scituate in the State of Rhode Island a deed of
conveyance absolute upon its face and did there
by convey to me the said Isaac Saunders in Con
sideration of the sum of three thousand nine hund
red and twenty nine 96/100 Dollars as is expressed
in said Deed the lands that are hereinafter described
and the Personal property hereinafter described
and which said Deed of conveyance was duly recor
ded on the 13th day of April AD 1877 at pages
393-394 and 395 of Deed book "J" of the public record
s of Alachua County State of Florida and whereas
the said Deed of conveyance from the said Josiah
T. Walls to me the said Isaac Sanders  Although upon 
its face purporting to be a Deed of Conveyance abso
lute and in fee was executed and delivered to me
the said Isaac Saunders by the said Josiah T.
Walls only and entirely as and for a security to 
me the said Isaac Saunders for the full and true
payment to me by the said Josiah T. Walls of the
said sum of three thousand nine hundred and
Twenty nine 96/100 Dollars the said amount expressed
as the consideration for said deed of conveyance
which amount was loaned by me to the said Josiah
T. Walls and whereas I the said Isaac Saunders
by an instrument of writing duly executed by me
and delivered to the said Josiah T. Walls and
dated also on the First day of April AD 1877 and
recorded on the 18th day of April AD 1877 at pages
396-397-398 & 399 of Deed Book "J" of the public
records of Alachua County State of Florida did agree
obligate and bind myself to convey back to him the
said Josiah T. Walls all of the said property both real
and personal which is hereinafter set forth and des
cribed upon the payment to me by the said Josiah
T. Walls of the said sum of Three Thousand Nine
hundred and twenty nine 96/100 Dollars with interest
thereon as is stipulated and provided for in the
said last mentioned instrument of writing and
whereas the said Josiah T. Walls has this day
paid to me the sum of One thousand Dollars
