which is the full and entire amount of the balance
due to me for principal and Interest upon said
loan so made by me to him the said Josiah T.
Walls and which said sum of one Thousand Dollars
is in full and complete payment settlement satisfaction
and discharge of all claims and demands of any kind
species description nature or character which I the 
said Isaac Saundeson have or hold against him
the said Josiah T. Walls up to the date of this inves
tment  Therefore the premises considered Know all
men by these presents that I the said Isaac Saun
ders and Ann E.A. Saunders his wife for and 
in consideration of the said sum of one thousand
Dollars to me the said Isaac Saunders cash in
hand paid by Josiah T. Walls at and before the deliv
ery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby
solemnly and duly acknowledge have granted bar
gained sold conveyed released and forever quit claim
ed and by these presents do grant bargain sell con
vey release and forever quit claim unto him the
said Josiah T. Walls all of our right title interest
claims demands and estate at law or in equity of
in and to all of the following property real and per
sonal to wit all of that certain piece parcel or 
tract of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida within the bou
ndaries of the "Arredondo Grant" and Known
formally as "Heirs Place" and then again as the "
Ramsey Place" adjourning lands of Wm Colson and
others and which has latterly been properlarly known
as the "Harrison or Walls Place" and measuring and
containing One Thousand (1000) acres of land more or
less and having such shape from and marks as
will appear by reference to the maps in current use
of the said "Arredondo Grant" made by Burr
and Washington in conformity with the survey and
division of said Arredondo Grant under the dir
ection of the Commissioners appointed by the Superior
Court of the District of East Florida at the June
Term of the year AD 1845 and dated at St Aug
ustine Florida February 9th AD 1846 upon which said
maps said tract of land is described and designated
as belonging to D.L. Clinch said maps being here
by and herein especially referred to and made part
and parcel hereof so far as the accurate bound
aries of said lands hereby released and conveyed
