John H. McIntosh Clinch as Executor of the last
Will and Testament of of Duncan L. Clinch deceased
To James W. Harrison which Deed is recorded at
pages 452 and 453 of Deed Book "D" of the records of
Alachua County Florida and were subsequently thereto
conveyed by the said James W. Harrison to the said Josiah
T. Walls also one other piece or parcel of land adjoin
ing the above in the same County and State and Known
and described as Fractional Section Thirty four (34) in
Township Ten (10) South Of Range Nineteen (19) East
in the said "Arredondo Grant" and containing one
hundred and seventy four 50/100 acres of land  Also all
of the following personal property to wit  Four (4) head
of dark Brown horse mules called respectively Jim
Jack Johnan and Mike: also three (3) mare
mules called respectively Patsy Jane and Nellie: Also
One (1) Horse called George: Also Two (2) mares. (One
of them a grey the other a bay) called respectively
Kit and Margaret: also One (1) Dark bay mare
called Queen: Also One hundred (100) head of Hogs
more or less marked with a swallow fork and an upper
and under bit in the right ear and with a crop and
Two splits and and under and upper bit in the left
Ear also Fourteen (14) head of cattle marked in 
their ears with the same marks as the hogs above
mentioned and branded with the letters "J.T.W." Also
One (1) Twelve horse power steam engine and its boilers
with One (1) grist mill and three (3) cotton gins and
all the shafting belting machinery fixtures apparatus gea
ring apparatus attachments and appurtenances to said 
Egine mill boilers and gins in any wise belonging
or appertaining Together with the tenements hereditam
ents and appurtenances to the said Lands or real estate
belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and to
hold all of said real and personal property unto him 
the said Josiah T. Walls and to his heirs executors ad
ministrators and assigns forever freed of and dis
charged from any and all claims and demands
upon the part of us the said Isaac Saunderson
and Ann E.A. Saunders his wife of any Kind
description or character whether the same be by Deed
Mortgage or otherwise at law or in equity  In
testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and 
affixed hereto our seals on this 31st day of Aug
ust AD 1883
