in the State of Rhode Island do hereby certify that on
this 31st day of August AD 1883, before me in person
appeared Isaac Saunders and Ann E.A. Saunders his
wife each of them to me well and personally known
and each of whom did duly and severally say and
acknowledge before me that they and each of them
did execute sign seal and deliver the foregoing Deed
of conveyance and of release for the uses and pur
poses therein contained and expressed and that the
same is their and each of their free and volunta
ry act and the said Ann E.A. Saunders wife of
the said Isaac Saunders being first duly questi
oned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband did upon such priv
ate and separate examination say and acknow
ledge before me that she did execute sign 
seal and deliver the said deed of conveyance
and release for the purpose of releasing relin
quishing and renouncing all of her right and
claim or possibility of claim to Dower and all
other estates or interests in the property real and
personal set forth and described in said Deed of 
conveyance and that such release relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower and all other estates or
interests was done made and executed by her fre
ely and voluntarily and without any  compulsion con
straint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed hereto my official seal on
the day and year above written
