husband Joe M. Perry of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Warren
W. Potter and James W. Harris of the second part
witnesseth that the said partys of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of two thousand
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have granted sold and conveyed unto
the said parties of the second part their heirs and ass
igns the following granted sold and conveyed unto
the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns the following described tract or parcel of 
land lying being and situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to wit  The North west quarter
of the North East quarter of the south West quarter
of section Twenty three Township Eight South of 
Range Twenty one East NW1/4 of NE1/4 of SW1/4
of Sec 23 T8. R21E Excepting Two acres heretofore
conveyed to Mrs D.M. Finger containing Eight acres
more or less To Have and to hold the premises hereby
conveyed Together with all the rights privileges and 
appurtenances to the the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns forever and the said parties
of the first part do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part
their heirs and assigns for themselves and their
heirs executors and administrators to forever warr
ant and defend the title to the premises hereby
conveyed against the claim of every person whom
soever  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our

before me Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County personally appeared Joe M.
Perry and Mrs Emma L. Perry his wife whose names
are subscribed to the annexed instrument as parties
thereto personally known to me to be the individuals
described therein and who executed the same
and they and each of them acknowledged to me
that they executed the said instrument each resp
ectively freely and voluntarily for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned and I do further
