certify that Mrs Emma L. Perry wife of the said 
Joe M. Perry did acknowledge to me on an exam
ination separately and apart from her husband that
she executed the same freely and voluntarily for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned and for the
purpose of conveying all the claim title to or interest
in said premises which she possess without fear
or compulsion or under influence of her said
husband  Wherefore I pray that the same may be
come a matter of record  In testimony whereof I

This Indenture made the 12 day of December in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty one  Between George R. Fairbanks and Susan
B. his wife and William Marvin and Eliza R. his
wife of the County of and State of -  of the first
part and Samuel D. Smoke of Alachua County of the
second part witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of 
One Hundred & twenty Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the enseal
ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns for 
ever all that certain tract of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Flo
