Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America to them in hand paid by the said party of the sec
ond part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have 
granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assig
ns forever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows all of Lot Nineteen (19) lying North
of the Rail Road right of way the same being
in the East half of the North West quarter of the
South East quarter of section twelve (12) Township
Nine(9) South of Range twenty (20) East containing
Sixteen (16) acres more or less.  Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and also all the estate right title int
erest dower and right of dower separate estate property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in
and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appur
tenances unto the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns to his own proper use benefit
and behoof forever and the said parties of the first
part viz Leonard Bricker and Hannah Amelia
Bricker his wife for themselves and for their
heirs executors and administrators do covenant pro
mise and agree to and with the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns that the 
said parties of the first part at the time of the
sealing and delivery of these presents are lawfully sei
zed in fee simple of a good absolute and indefeasible es
tate of inheritance of and in all and singular the ab
ove granted bargained and described premises with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging and have good
right full power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell and convey the same in manner and form afor
esaid and that the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns shall and may at all times here
after peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy
possess and enjoy the above granted premises and 
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
without any let suit trouble molestation eviction or
