Florida having made to George S. Chamberlin
of same State & County a deed to the South half
of the North East Quarter of the south East
Quarter Section Thirty (30) Township Eleven
(11) Range Twenty one (21) also Six 2/7 acres in
North West Quarter of south East Quarter of
same section said Deed being on record in
Deed Book "O" at pages 998 999 & 1000 in the
Clerks Office of Alachua County and whereas
the above description not being a proper de
scription of the land sold said Chamberlin
said described land not being our land
