D. Barr for and in consideration of the sum
of Eleven hundred dollars to them in hand
paid by George S. Chamberlin The receipt of 
which is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these pres
ents do grant bargain & convey unto him the
said George S. Chamberlin all of that certain lot
piece Tract or parcels of land situated in Alach
ua County Fla in Section Thirty (30) Township
Eleven (11) Range Twenty One (21) and particularly
Known and described as follows the west Half
of the South East Quarter of the South West
quarter of above section also commencing at the
South West corner of the North East Quarter of the
South West Quarter same section Run East Seventy
(70) yards thence North to Rail Road thence West
Seventy (70) yards thence South to point of begin
ning containing in all Twenty five & one half
acres more or less  Together with all improvements
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the
same unto him the said George S. Chamberlin
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute and we the said John
J. and Susan D. Barr do hereby agree that we
are lawfully Seized in fee of the property here
in conveyed that we have good and lawful
right to sell the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances and we will and our
heirs executors and administrators shall and 
will forever warrant & defend the same again
st the lawful claims and demands of my and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same  In witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hand and affixed our seals
on this 30th day of Nov AD 1883.
